The renovated neighborhood center offers facilities for shopping, leisure, and well-being. Its total area is 37.7 thousand sq. m of barrier-free environment. It has plenty of facilities for shopping and leisure. The new fitness club inside the building has a spa lounge. It is surrounded by a glass façade with a fine view of the park nearby. A new spacious food hall invites visitors to have a break in one of the many cafes and restaurants. The locals will also have an opportunity to spend a sunny day on the roof terrace, which is due to be opened shortly.

They are constructed to unite local communities. Eight more neighborhood centers A Meeting Place will be opened in Moscow by the end of 2024.
