ADG group is a Russian pioneering urban developer creating smart urban environments, member of the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC).
Our mission is to identify and meet the changing needs of urban citizens.
The company was founded in 2004, and today it's portfolio accounts for more than million square meters of completed projects across Russia.
Company's major project — the network of neighbourhood centres — is aimed at driving new quality of life for 2,5 million Muscovites living nearby. Once launched, the network will become Moscow's biggest project on commercial real estate market in terms of number of sites.

- Grigory PecherskiyMANAGING PARTNERSince the founding of ADG group in 2004, Grigory has been responsible for strategic development, implementation of key projects and negotiations with partners.
He graduated from Moscow State Law Academy and later received an Executive MBA degree from the Skolkovo Moscow School of Management. Began his career in legal practice at Dobrovinsky and Partners. - Maxim KarbasnikoffDIRECTOR OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENTMaxim is responsible for implementation
of commercial strategy and performance
of property portfolio. He previously served
as a member of the board of directors, partner and head of the retail property department
at Cushman & Wakefield in Russia. Maxim
also worked at JLL as director for Europe,
Russia and the CIS and head of the commercial real estate department. He graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago and ESCP
in France. - George ChochuaDEVELOPMENT DIRECTORGeorge heads the development department and is responsible for construction management and project implementation
until the opening. Previously worked for Yuksel Insaat A.S. group, Red Square Development Company LLC (Capital Partners group)
and other major international companies.
With 30 years of experience, George took
part in the construction and implementation of landmark objects in Russia and abroad.
The total volume of commissioned facilities exceeds 1 mln sq.m. Graduated from the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering. - Anna KrylovaFINANCE DIRECTORAnna is responsible for the company's financial policy, strategic planning and interaction with financial partners. Previously, she worked at Monex Trading (Alshaya Russia&Kazakhstan), Sela Corporation (a chain of clothing stores), and Neks Corporation (a chain of stores "Starik Hottabych"). Graduated from the State University of Management.
- Maria RomashinaPORTFOLIO DIRECTORAt ADG group, Maria is responsible for managing company's asset portfolio, data analytics and business processes' optimization. Previously, she worked at Sberbank and the State Duma of the Russian Federation. Graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University. Maria is the author of the courses "Microeconomics-II" and "National Accounting System", which she taught at Lomonosov Moscow State University and RANEPA.
- Boris DubovHR DIRECTORAt ADG group, Boris is responsible for developing and implementing an effective HR strategy, building an HR brand that makes the difference, talent acquisition, finding solutions for improving organizational efficiency and developing corporate culture. Previously, worked at Xerox Eurasia, Softline and others. Graduated from the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics.
- Galina FuninaPR DIRECTORGalina is responsible for shaping
and implementing communications strategy, reputation management and media relations. She has more than 15 years' experience
in international communications.
She previously worked in the external communications department
of McKinsey & Company. Galina graduated from Moscow State Pedagogical University.
She also has an MBA in marketing from
the Moscow International Higher Business School MIRBIS.
