A Meeting Place Pervomayskiy is a finalist for the CRE Moscow Awards 2025

January 14, 2025

On February 18, the shortlist of finalists for the main categories of the CRE Moscow Awards 2025 was announced. The neighbourhood center A Meeting Place Pervomayskiy has been selected as a finalist in the Small Shopping Center category.
The neighbourhood center A Meeting Place Pervomayskiy opened in August 2024. It is located in the heart of a densely populated area at a busy intersection with high traffic, in close proximity to Izmaylovsky Park. The architectural concept was developed by the famous architect Amanda Levete and adapted by Russian designers. The building was constructed in accordance with the BREEAM environmental standards. The interior space is designed based on the principles of a barrier-free environment.

At the time of its opening, the facility was 88% occupied, and currently, over 96% of the space has been leased. Nineteen of our key partners continue to thrive with us, demonstrating stability and trust in our business relationships. This progress strengthens the company’s position and opens new opportunities for growth and expansion.

Visitors to the neighbourhood center can enjoy delicious meals and spend time with friends and family at cafes, restaurants, and a food hall featuring 14 gastronomic concepts. As part of our chain, we aim to support local entrepreneurship. The restaurant BOKALAVR relocated to neighbourhood center after 10 years of successful operation in the area.

In A Meeting Place Pervomayskiy, we have created cozy spaces for leisure activities. Supporting the trend for a healthy lifestyle, the building houses a full-size football field and basketball court, a dance studio and a martial arts club. Like other facilities in our chain, — A Meeting Place Pervomayskiy features a functional rooftop: an atmospheric open terrace that serves as a favorite spot for guests of the neighbourhood center during the warmer months.

A distinctive feature of A Meeting Place Pervomayskiy is its first-ever museum-lecture hall. The cinema building was built in the late 1970s, and it was lucky to be decorated with mosaic panels by the Soviet artist, sculptor and mosaicist Boris Chernyshev. All the panels have been preserved, restored, and are now displayed in our museum. This new public space in the district hosts various events and workshops.
A Meeting Place Pervomayskiy neighbourhood center is part of an innovative project by the development company ADG group. The Meeting Place project aims to unite neighborhood communities in each district, becoming a new platform for local initiatives and a sociocultural space for the area.
