A Meeting place ‘Mesto Vstrechi Zvyozdniy' has been included in the Moscow City Best Completed Construction Project award 2024 list

During the reconstruction, architects kept the original outlook of the building. They reconstructed a facade cladding with three-dimensional 3D metal panels of gold-colored aluminum and transformed an old cinema into a modern barrier-free environment neighborhood center.

Moscow City Best Completed Construction Project Contest is one of the most prestigious awards in the industry with the purpose to highlight the best construction objects built in Moscow last year.
In the 25th, anniversary, season of the contest, a record number of applications were submitted — 142 objects in 13 nominations covering the full range of areas of the construction industry. When forming the shortlist, the jury took into account both architectural and design solutions, as well as the degree of integration of structures into the urban environment, transport accessibility, landscaping, the use of advanced construction technologies, and the reputation of the project.
