ADG group opens A Meeting Place Solntsevo in Moscow. It is the 20th neighborhood center created within the company’s development project. The renewed center offers its visitors a barrier-free environment with a large glazing area of the facade to make an open and modern venue.
The total area of the new venue is 7,250 sq. m. There is a broad range of stores, restaurants, and cafes for visitors. It will be a new spot of attraction for the locals, who now can spend quality time here together with their loved ones.
It’s the fourth neighborhood center ADG group opened this year. Five more are still to be opened by the end of the year. Today more than three million citizens visit A Meeting Place network neighborhood center each month. Gauging the growing demand for the services of the new anchor tenants across the local communities, A Meeting Place is actively developing them for visitors as well as adjusting a current tenant-mix.
ADG group opened two new fitness centers in neighborhood centers this year. There are eleven fitness clubs across A Meeting Place network at the moment. By the end of the year, there will be two more gyms. The total area they lease now exceeds 12 thousand sq. m. By the end of 2024, it will surpass 18 thousand sq. m. The company also develops food halls as a new anchor. Today there are eight food halls in the neighborhood centers and four more will be available for the visitors by the end of the year.
