Today we're opening a new Meeting Place Zvyozdniy in the Moscow district of Prospect Vernadskogo. It is the 16th neighborhood center created within our development project. Built in 1974, Zvyozdniy for many years was a top spot for the locals. It was among five the most visited cinemas in the city and a popular venue for hosting cinema festivals. Over time the building and its technical equipment became obsolete and required renovation.
Thanks to the reconstruction program of ADG group, it reopens as a new point of attraction for the residents of the southwest part of Moscow. During the reconstruction, architects kept the original outlook of the building. They reconstructed facade cladding with three-dimensional 3D metal panels of gold-colored aluminum. The design of the sign with the historical name of the cinema was recreated with 3D scanning technology and reproduced in modern materials.
A modernized and enhanced place allows the locals to enjoy social life and shopping. A Meeting Place Zvyozdniy has all the amenities to buy everything you need and spend a quality time with friends there. We believe it will become a favorite spot for the residents.
