ADG group took part in the Gastreet international restaurant show. Guillaume Sadoux, the company's development director, spoke at the ReBro (Restaurant Brothers) site within the show's program.
The session was also attended by Alexey Kaira, former managing director of the Shokoladnitsa chain, Sergey Mironov, founder of the Meat & Fish restaurants and president of the Russian Restaurant Managers' Union, and Henrik Winter, president of the Tigris restaurant holding. They discussed the challenges the restaurant industry is facing today and the need to breathe new life into food halls, food malls and other gastronomic formats. The participants noted that in today's market, it is high-quality food concepts that attract visitors and play a key role in achieving overall success.
As a part of his speech, Guillaume Sadoux mentioned global urban trends such as city decentralization, as well as the Mesto Vstrechi (Meeting Place) project and its renewed approach to restaurant concepts.

The Gastreet 2021 international restaurant show was held from June 2 to 5 in Sochi. Participants include successful restaurateurs and industry experts. The theme of this year is dedicated to changes in F&B caused by the pandemic.
