On April 20, the 20th annual CRE Awards ceremony in the field of commercial real estate, took place in Moscow. The best of the best in commercial real estate have won the most important award of the industry - a golden brick. For the fourth year in a row, our neighborhood centers were rewarded with the highest praise by the experts.
In 2020 the award was given to the neighborhood center "Meeting Place Angara", in 2021 the golden brick went to the neighborhood center "Meeting Place Budapest", and in 2022 the winner was the neighborhood center "Meeting Place Yantar". This year the neighborhood center "Meeting Place Baikonur" got this prestigious award in the category "The Small Shopping Center". And the partnership of ADG group with DDX Fitness was recognized as "The Retail deal of the Year".
The award ceremony was held in the concert hall Barvikha Luxury Village and traditionally brought together the most influential representatives of the real estate development, investment, property consulting and management companies.
