We're opening a new Meeting Place Biryusinka in the Moscow district of Western Biryulyovo. This is the 14th neighborhood center created within our key development project. Originally built in 1968, Biryusinka for many years was a hot spot for the locals, who live in the south part of the city. Once being very popular among the residents, it closed its doors for them more than 20 years ago and for a long period of time was abandoned.
Today we're happy to introduce a modernized and enhanced place to give the locals an opportunity to enjoy cultural, social life and shopping. Now people who live there again have a great venue to spend time together with their families and friends. As any other neighborhood center, a Meeting Place Biryusinka combines a barrier-free environment with a large glazing area of the facade to make an open, bright and convenient space full of day light to enjoy being there for a long period of time.
It also has all necessary amenities to buy everything you need, have a quality time participating in one of the varieties of sport and edutainment activities, we're developed for the locals, or just enjoy a weekend in many cafes in refreshed and enhanced Biryusika. We believe it will become a favorite spot for the residents, improving quality of their everyday life.
